Delivery & Discreet Packaging

Every Playmate order is packed with privacy in mind. Here is what arrives at your door, how quickly we aim to send it, and where to find our current shipping rates.

Discreet packaging

Your order ships in a plain outer box with no Playmate branding and no description of what is inside, so nothing on the outside tells anyone where it came from.

Open the outer box and your items are tucked inside one of two Playmate packs:

  • Black Playmate box. A sturdy matte black box printed with the PLAYMATE logo, used to keep smaller items protected and neatly presented.
  • Playmate cotton drawstring bag. A soft cotton bag printed with the full-colour PLAYMATE logo and closed with a drawstring. It comes in several sizes, and we choose the size to suit your order.

Matte black Playmate gift box with the pink and purple PLAYMATE logo on the lid, used inside a plain outer shipping box

Cream cotton drawstring bag printed with the full-colour PLAYMATE logo, one of the bag sizes used to pack orders

Dispatch

We aim to get your package dispatched within 24 hours of receiving your order.
