GENERAL

  • All Prices are charged in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).
  • We deliver to New Zealand only.
  • We aim to deliver within 2-3 Business days.
  • Your order will be dispatched as soon as payment is received.
  • Our Business Legal Name is Contessa Group.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

While we make every effort to maintain sufficient stock, at times items sell out or delivery delays occur beyond our control. Should the item you ordered not be in stock we will contact you to advise when the item will be available. You have the option to cancel your order should this occur and we will refund your payment.

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER

Yes, you are able to cancel your order if your item has not been sent or picked up by the courier company. If your purchase has been processed and is awaiting pickup postage fees (if any) may not be included in your refund.

Playmate considers the protection of privacy to be of utmost importance. The name that will appear on your statement will be Contessa Group.

We will not send you communications that you do not expect to receive as part of your relationship with us or disclose your personal information (unless authorised to do so) nor sell/rent contact information lists to parties who are not part of our business

We may disclose information we hold about you to third parties where Playmate has contracted those third parties for the purpose of providing services you have requested; as part of the process of sale of one or more of our items.

CREDIT CARD DETAILS

In line with credit card data security standards when you pay Playmate using a credit card online, or at our premises, your credit card information is not stored by Playmate.

FURTHER INFORMATION

This Policy applies to personal information held about individuals. It does not apply to information we hold about companies and other organisations.
