Refund policy
WARRANTY
Your items are covered for 31 days from the date of purchase. We are happy to replace your item at our cost with the same item (postage not included, faulty items must be returned at your cost). Faulty items are never re-sold. We require you return them as we need to test the fault and discuss with the manufacturer. If we are not able to exchange your item with a replacement item then a partial refund (excluding postage if applicable) will be given after the faulty product has been returned.
For hygiene reasons please ensure if you are returning your item that it has been thoroughly cleaned with either toy cleaner or warm soapy water. Please also ensure that you have tested or at least replaced the batteries before returning and that the batteries have been installed correctly. In a lot of cases the fault is with the battery and not the product. You may also note, if the battery has been supplied there will be a small card between the battery and terminal that must be removed prior to initial use. Do not use Alkaline batteries, instead only use heavy duty batteries. We suggest you remove the batteries when not in use. If your item is splash proof or water proof you must ensure that the battery compartment is tightly closed and sealed to prevent damage.
All returns that comply with the consumers guarantees act will be accepted such as the product is not fit for purpose, or there is a manufacturing fault. This does not cover damage that may occur by accident, misuse or general wear and tear.
All of our products are sold as adult novelty toys, they are not intended nor suggested to be used for medical purposes. Do not use it if any unpleasant pain or discomfort occurs. Please note no medical claims are warranted and no products have been clinically tested.
DELIVERY
We must receive your order and payment before 10am in order to dispatch your order the next business day. Rural deliveries may differ.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
We do not store any of your card details. Credit & Debit cards are currently the only card forms of payment accepted, alternatively, we accept bank transfer. We Accept
RETURNS & DAMAGE
Refunds or replacements will be made for a product incorrectly sent or a faulty product being received. Please ensure you contact Playmate regarding your concern and we will help you through the process of returning or replacing your product. Shipping charges for returns and exchanges are your responsibility.
CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
Yes, you are able to cancel your order if your item has not been sent or picked up by the courier company. If your purchase has been processed and is awaiting pickup postage fees (if any) may not be included in your refund.
